https://girafe.ai/, the MSAI program page, or other related pages of the girafe-ai project, I hereby freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest give my consent to Neychev Radoslav Georgievich, representative of the girafe-ai project, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator,” to process my personal data on the terms set forth in this Consent and in the Policy on the Processing of Personal Data.
This Consent is given separately from consent to receive informational and advertising messages. Submission of an application form, feedback form, event registration form, or form for receiving materials does not constitute consent to receive marketing email newsletters unless the user has provided such consent separately.

3. Purposes of Personal Data ProcessingI give my consent to the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:
processing my application, inquiry, question, or registration submitted through the website;
contacting me using the contact details provided in order to respond to my inquiry, clarify information, or support my application;
providing information about the MSAI program, admission requirements, study format, events, consultations, preparatory materials, and other information related to my inquiry;
registering me for an open day, webinar, consultation, preparatory course, or other event, if I fill out the relevant form;
sending materials that I have requested, including an applicant guide, program information, instructions, links to events, and other related materials;
keeping records of applications and inquiries;
improving the quality of application processing, communication, and website operation;
complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation;
protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator in the event of disputes.
This Consent does not apply to the receipt of informational and advertising messages that are not directly related to my application or inquiry. Such consent is provided separately.
4. List of Personal DataDepending on the specific form and the information I voluntarily provide, the Operator may process the following personal data:
- first name;
- last name;
- patronymic, if provided;
- email address;
- phone number, if provided;
- Telegram username or another messenger contact, if provided;
- country and city of residence, if provided;
- citizenship, if specified in the form;
- information about education, if provided;
- information about academic and professional experience, if provided;
- information about the program, course, event, or consultation of interest;
- text of an inquiry, question, comment, or application;
- other information that I voluntarily provide in the form.
- Technical data may also be processed when I submit a form and use the website:
- IP address;
- date and time of form submission;
- address of the page from which the form was submitted;
- referral source to the website;
- UTM tags and other advertising campaign parameters;
- information about the browser, device, and operating system;
- technical data necessary to record the fact that consent was provided.
The Operator does not collect passport data, document scans, diplomas, notarized translations, or payment card data through standard website forms. Such data may be provided independently by the user at the stage of admission to an educational organization and processed as part of a separate process.
5. Actions Performed with Personal DataI authorize the Operator to perform the following actions with my personal data:

- accumulation;
- storage;
- clarification, updating, and modification;
- retrieval;
- use;
- transfer, provision, and access, only where necessary to achieve the purposes of processing;
- depersonalization;
- blocking;
- deletion;
- destruction.
Processing may be carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.
6. Transfer of Personal Data to Third PartiesI agree that, in order to achieve the purposes of processing, the Operator may transfer my personal data or provide access to it to third parties where this is necessary for processing an application, responding to an inquiry, registering for an event, storing data, ensuring the technical operation of the website, or complying with legal requirements.
Such third parties may include:
services for receiving and storing applications, including Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Docs, or other similar services, if actually used;
services for administering the website and forms;
hosting providers;
CRM systems, if used;
external email communication services for sending messages related to my application or inquiry;
contractors and project team members who require access to process applications, provide consultations, or organize events;
educational organizations and partners of the MSAI program, including MIPT, only where such transfer is necessary to support my inquiry, application, or subsequent admission process and does not contradict the law;
government authorities, in cases provided for by legislation.
Personal data is transferred to third parties only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose of processing.
7. Use of Google Forms / Google Sheets / Google DocsI have been informed that data submitted through website forms may be transferred to and stored in Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Docs, or other related services if such services are used by the Operator to collect and process applications.
The use of such services may involve the processing of data outside the Russian Federation. The Operator must ensure compliance with the applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including the requirements for the localization of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation and the rules for cross-border transfer of personal data, where applicable.
8. Term of Consent and Data Retention PeriodThis Consent is valid from the moment it is provided until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved, the Consent is withdrawn, or the need to process personal data ceases, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Personal data obtained through application and feedback forms may be stored for the period necessary to process the inquiry, support the application, confirm the fact of interaction, and protect the Operator’s rights.
Data confirming the fact that Consent was provided, including the date, time, IP address, source, form URL, and version of the Consent text, may be stored for the period necessary to confirm the legality of personal data processing.
9. Withdrawal of ConsentI have the right to withdraw this Consent at any time by sending a request to the Operator at:
neychevr@yandex.ru.
It is recommended to include the following information in the request:
first and last name, if they were provided in the form;
email address or another contact that was provided in the form;
substance of the request: withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data;
the form or page through which the data was submitted, if known.
After receiving the withdrawal, the Operator stops processing the personal data and deletes or depersonalizes the data, unless there are other legal grounds for continuing the processing.
Withdrawal of this Consent does not affect the legality of processing carried out before the withdrawal was received.
10. Confirmation of ConsentBy ticking the checkbox under the form and submitting the form, I confirm that:
I have read this Consent;
I have read the Policy on the Processing of Personal Data;
I understand the purposes, scope of data, and actions performed with personal data;
I give this Consent freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest;
I understand that I may withdraw this Consent in the manner described above.
